DataX Lab

Welcome to DataX Lab

DataX Lab (Located in J-317, Marietta campus, KSU) is directed by Dr. Mingon Kang. We aim to develop efficient algorithms to solve challenging computational problems in Bioinformatics and Big Data Aanalytics, and to devote ourseleves to providing computational analysis tools for research use. To be more specific, we are working on:
  • Deep Learning in Bioinformatics (Collaborating with MSKCC)
  • Computational Analysis for Next Generation Sequencing (Collaborating with UTSW and Korea Brain Research Institute)
  • Genome-Wide Association study
  • Big Data Analytics
  • Intelligent Systems in Computer Vision (Collaborating with KNOWCK Co.)
  • Data Science in Security and Networks (Collaborating with SPACL Lab, KSU)
